- Direct client engagement to drive business value, analytics and governance including: Client Analytics/Reporting (Custom Reporting and Data Requirements) and Client QBR and Annual Review (Business and Client Value Data Reporting)
- Strategic Annuity/Renewal Opportunity Management including: Ownership Responsibilities of Software and Hardware Renewals Management (Renewal Calendar Build, Structure and Data Integrity; complex/Large Customer Renewals Management and Governance and renewals Custom Trackers creation and support)
- Client Business Case Analytics including: financial Models to Assist in Driving Financial Justifications for an IT Project, Solution, or Agreement (Contract) and business Requirements, Risk and Analysis of Financial Benefit of a Solutions Proposal
- Asset Management and Software Entitlement Management
- Creation and Maintenance of Customer Utilization and Charge Back Reconciliation Data Dashboards including: granular Report Details for Client Financial Teams
- Governance and Mapping of Entitlements between Manufacturer, Softchoice and Client Data Points including: licensing Program Transitions or Product Name Change Documentation and Mapping
- Building and Supporting Maintenance Cost Savings Dashboards, as well as communication and collaboration throughout the Inside/Outside Sales Teams to identify savings ideas and thought leadership
- Client Contract & SLA Governance Management including: governance review data collection, creation and maintenance of client dashboards; identifying areas of SLA performance (reasons for poor performance)
- Softchoice Proposal and Deal Analytics for Customers (Internal) including Volume Incentive Rebate Programs, Customer Profitability Reviews and Deal Analysis and Account Strategy Background Information
- Internal Support of Enterprise Management and Sales including: Territory Plans & Mid Years and Assistance with identifying anomalies in Booking/Billing performance
- Compile and analyze sales data, discerning sales trends, and harnessing technology (CRM, BI tools) to streamline processes and boost efficiency
- Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that will support business growth (integrating SAP, SFDC, PowerBI datasets alongside external documentation provided by client and vendor)
- 3+ years of experience in sales, sales strategy, business analytics, or business operations
- Strong analytical problem solving skills with sound business judgement
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (SAP BI an asset)
- Basic proficiency using data visualization tools (PowerBI primarily) including Data Modeling & ETL workflows
- Basic proficiency using CRM functionalities to maintain data quality & integrity (Salesforce an asset)
- Experience working with Sales or Customer data in a B2B and Technology environment
- Experience working with field sales teams an asset
- Post-Secondary Degree (BA in Economics, Finance, or Business OR BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics), preferred
