- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
- Support inventory management and procurement activities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Prior internship or relevant coursework in operations is a plus.
