- Focus on the supports to Sunward Canada dealers and customers.
- Visit and develop strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to dealers' and customers' concerns, providing technical support to them.
- Responsible for handling warranty cases of Sunward Canada products.
- Communicating with dealers, spare parts team, sales team and workshop team etc. to ensure that services and parts are delivered effectively.
- Providing product training and service training for dealers and customers.
- Collecting feedback and suggestions from dealers and customers, working with Sunward team to improve the machines.
- Complete other related tasks arranged by the General Manager of Sunward Canada.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strong experience in managing budgets, financial performance, and cost-control measures within a service department.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Solid understand of the heavy equipment or construction machinery industry, particularly in service operations and maintenance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management, with at least 2 years within the heavy equipment or construction machinery industry.
