- Strategic Program Ownership: Define and lead Clio’s highest-priority GTM programs, from problem framing through delivery and outcomes.
- Executive Alignment: Drive alignment across senior leaders, resolving tradeoffs and competing priorities.
- Strategic Analysis: Develop and evaluate options using deep qualitative and quantitative analysis to shape decisions.
- Executive Communication: Act as a trusted thought partner to executives, crafting narratives, recommendations, and decision frameworks.
- Operating Model Design: Improve how Clio runs GTM programs by designing scalable processes, governance, and execution models.
- Use data to shape strategy, influence direction, and drive executive decisions.
- Move fluidly between problem framing, strategic design, and hands-on execution.
- Bring structure to highly ambiguous, cross-functional, and politically complex problems.
- Influence senior leaders and executives without formal authority.
- Communicate with an executive presence and strong point of view.
- Anticipate downstream impacts across the GTM ecosystem.
- Set standards for how complex programs should be run.
- Continuously raise the bar for program management craft, tooling, and leverage (including AI).
- 8–10+ years of experience in Program Management, Management Consulting, Revenue Operations, or Strategy roles in high-growth or enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated success leading ambiguous, company-critical initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Experience with acquisition integrations, Q2C transformations, or large-scale GTM change strongly preferred.
