About the Role
Our Client is hiring a Project Control Officer (Intermediate) to support procurement and supply chain operations for a major healthcare organization in Ontario.
This role focuses on procurement coordination, documentation, and process compliance, working closely with internal stakeholders and project teams to ensure smooth execution of sourcing activities. Key Responsibilities
  • Support procurement and sourcing activities by ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Maintain and update records in procurement systems (Workday, Flextrack, eSourcing tools)
  • Create and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation
  • Maintain a complete and auditable document repository and audit trail
  • Draft briefing notes, reports, and project documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Ontario Health procurement policies
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and documentation across multiple projects
Must-Have Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in procurement processes and supply chain operations
  • Hands-on experience with Workday, Flextrack, or eSourcing platforms
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams, document management)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
  • Experience in public sector procurement
  • Knowledge of project management concepts (risk, scope, planning, reporting)
  • Experience supporting multiple project managers and deliverables
  • Familiarity with DocuSign and document workflows
