Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and driven Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring our F&O environment is aligned with organizational goals and operating at its full potential. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level professional looking to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management modules
Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with developers and architects to deliver solutions
Support end-to-end F&O implementations, upgrades, and ongoing system enhancements
Facilitate workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to identify gaps and drive process improvements
Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and post-go-live support
Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions
Maintain functional documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and test scripts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across modules
Act as a subject matter expert for Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management processes within D365 F&O

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Strong functional knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management modules
Proven experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design
Experience supporting or leading UAT, system testing, and go-live activities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment
