- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management modules
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with developers and architects to deliver solutions
- Support end-to-end F&O implementations, upgrades, and ongoing system enhancements
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to identify gaps and drive process improvements
- Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and post-go-live support
- Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions
- Maintain functional documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and test scripts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across modules
- Act as a subject matter expert for Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management processes within D365 F&O
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Strong functional knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management modules
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design
- Experience supporting or leading UAT, system testing, and go-live activities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment
