- Managing and growing key channel partner relationships to drive revenue and market expansion
- Developing and executing account plans while identifying and enabling new partners
- Driving new business through the channel and supporting partners across the full sales cycle
- Contributing to complex opportunities including solution positioning, presentations, and tenders
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver strong commercial and technical outcomes
- Maintaining pipeline visibility, forecasting, and market awareness
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally within the technology or security industry
- Experience contributing to tenders, proposals, and complex deal structures
- Proven experience in low voltage or security systems installation and maintenance
- Proven ability to work with channel or partner led sales models
- Confidence supporting solution based sales with a level of technical understanding
- Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
- Commercial focus with a track record of driving growth and results
- A proactive and self driven approach with high levels of accountability
