Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate overall project goals into detailed technical requirements and specifications for various systems and subsystems.Develop and document technical specifications for products, ensuring alignment with applicable standards and guidelines.Apply structured engineering processes for requirements management, testing, and integration.Design and integrate electrical systems, control solutions, and supporting communication or management systems.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on hardware, software, and control strategies.Prepare key engineering deliverables such as functional specifications, risk assessments, and test plans.Lead integration and validation activities, supporting execution of testing and troubleshooting when needed.QualificationsDegree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Engineering Physics, Computer, or Control Systems Engineering (advanced degree preferred).Several years of experience in systems engineering, ideally involving complex electrical or energy-related applications.Strong knowledge of power systems and related technologies.Experience developing, refining, and managing technical requirements.Familiarity with relevant safety, compliance, or communication standards.Proven track record in taking products from initial concept through to final production.Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.For more information, please contact:
