Our culture celebrates diverse perspectives and supports your growth through intentional development, strong leadership, and opportunities to make a real difference.Job DescriptionAs a Software Developer at Vention…You will be a key contributor to the architecture and development of internal tools, system integrations, and new platform features — from initial concept to production deployment.What You’ll Do:
  • Improve website performance and maintain high-quality standards by writing robust TypeScript code.
  • Architect, build, and deploy internal and customer-facing features using React.js, React Native, and Node.js.
  • Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Review code and contribute to architectural decisions to ensure technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with the product team to discuss progress, address challenges, and communicate risks and resolutions effectively.
  • Work closely with in-house designers to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
QualificationsWhat You Bring to the TableWe’re looking for skills, intellect, and experiences that will help you succeed in this role but we also know that various profiles (not only the one described below) could be successful.   • 5+ year(s) of full-stack development experience
  • Fluency working with JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience with ReactJS / NextJS
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs
  • Experience working with relational databases
