- Lead and motivate a diverse team (including warehouse staff and agency personnel) to maximize their contribution.
- Organize daily activities and effectively allocate human and material resources to achieve production and quality goals.
- Train the team on best practices and safety procedures and encourage continuous improvement to optimize productivity.
- Monitor and analyze individual and team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate action plans.
- Oversee delivery deadlines and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery and optimal merchandise management.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with management and ensure compliance with safety protocols to minimize risks and guarantee a safe working environment.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in distribution, operations, or logistics, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and manage diversity.
- Good communication, leadership, and adaptability skills, with the ability to manage stress and resolve challenges proactively and constructively.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to optimize time and ensure efficient task completion.
- Strong analytical and adaptability skills to adjust processes and strategies, with a good understanding of safety standards and operational best practices.
