What you will do
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Software Development Team as we are actively recruiting for a Computer Programmer/Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer facing systems, software and data automation systems CenterLine uses as part of our entire network.   • Lead/participate in architecture design decisions, interfacing with stakeholders to gather use cases and requirements.
  • Generate design documents (use cases, requirements, mockups, user flow diagrams, etc.) and submit to stakeholders for approval and sign-off.
  • Input work items into Azure DevOps to record task and time requirements for proper planning and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Adhere to project commitments and deadlines based on approved Delivery Plans
  • Research relevant technology stacks (SDKs, frameworks, APIs, etc.) for best fit in projects
  • Write, test and deploy code for various applications to meet customer business needs.
  • Support internal processes through the creation of data models, workflows, and automation.
  • Support existing software systems with implementing bug fixes, feature requests, and user assistance.
  • Support company training and continuous improvement initiatives by knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts.
What you need to succeed:
  • Computer Science degree with a skillset proven through relevant work experience or personal projects.
  • Adept in developing Web interfaces by understanding the user workflow according to customer/stakeholder requirements.
  • Knowledge of MS Azure Serverless offerings for example: Azure Functions, Event Hub, App Services, Blob Storage, App deployment slots, etc.
  • React, Typescript, HTML5, ASP.net, C#, .NET Core, Java, CSS, JavaScript, IIS, MS SQL Server
  • Ability to leverage in-house and third-party libraries for fast turnaround of deliverables.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, modelling and visualization using modern Business Intelligence tools.
  • Experience creating back-end REST APIs to service multiple front end user interfaces is considered an asset.
  • Experience with Data Science/Machine Learning related technologies is considered an asset.
  • Experience with PLM systems and/or Windchill PDMLink is considered an asset.
  • Experience with Engineering workflows is considered an asset.
  • Experience with Agile development workflows is considered an asset.
