Customer Returns

• Deal with cancelled non-stock product
• Arrange for product to be returned to vendors
• Inspect returned product and process customer credits
• Work closely with vendors and Purchasing department
• Keep returns area tidy and organized
• Other warehouse duties as assigned

• Knowledge of product plumbing products
• Ability to work with a daily vendor schedule
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of system and computer skills an asset
