Project Manager - Digital Transformation of Mfg & Inspection

• Manage multiple projects, including project planning, budget tracking, action prioritization, and all other aspects of project management.

• Anticipate risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.

• Actively participate in cross-functional team activities and drive tasks to completion using an influence-based approach.

• Develop a strong internal and external network (e.g., digital solution providers, key stakeholders within PWA/RTX, AI and data analytics groups, P&WC suppliers). • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department and identify high value added project opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Software Engineering. • 3+ years of experience in a related field.

• Knowledge of mechanical design, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), manufacturing, and/or inspection.

• Demonstrated experience in project management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluent bilingualism in English and French.

• Ability to work onsite five days per week.

• Master's degree in Engineering, MBA, or PMP certification.

• Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and change management.

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or a similar industry.

• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, C++).

• Knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing production, and metrology.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Experience working with Jira
