- Support national conference execution, including coordinating corporate deadlines, speaker logistics, presentation materials, event collateral, on-site requirements, and post-event follow-up assets
- Coordinate corporate marketing deliverables from intake to completion, including timelines, reviews, approvals, and version control
- Maintain trackers and assist with basic reporting to support visibility into corporate marketing activities and outputs
- Maintain and organize corporate marketing resources such as photography, templates, core copy, brand materials, and shared libraries
- Maintain corporate marketing databases and shared systems through accurate updates, record-keeping, and quality checks
- Support internal enablement by keeping corporate reference materials current, accessible, and easy to use
- Develop a strong understanding of RJC’s services, practices, and internal stakeholders to support accurate messaging and effective coordination
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams and internal departments to align corporate messaging, deliverables, and rollouts with firm priorities
- Assist with coordination and research for firm-wide opportunities, including awards, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and conferences
- Support corporate content logistics and calendar coordination to enable predictable, consistent national delivery
- Contribute to improving corporate workflows and shared tools by documenting processes, identifying gaps, and suggesting practical improvements
- Pursue ongoing development in corporate marketing coordination, campaign delivery, and professional services marketing
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in content writing, marketing, or communications
- Experience in a professional services environment is an asset
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with digital collaboration and project management tools
- Familiarity with content management systems, shared libraries, and marketing resource management tools
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with professionalism and composure
