Generate, assign, and complete orders in the system
Audit work and invoices for accuracy
Coordinate with trucking companies and drivers
Maintain strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse office
Build good rapport with truck drivers and team members
Familiarity with calling trucks in and working with Purolator bills/ bills online
Familiar with the various trucking companies like Action, Purolator, Hi-Way 9, Manitoulin
Qualifications
1+ years of related experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while supporting team goals
Proficient with online systems and billing platforms
Personable, reliable, and punctual with a positive attitude
