This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional looking to gain experience in data management and corporate operations. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
- Accurately compile and input data into our SAP system from various sources.
- Review and reformat data as needed to ensure consistency and usability.
- Communicate effectively with other teams to verify data, resolve discrepancies, and transmit information.
- Assist in maintaining data integrity and ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
- Ensure all required metrics are consistently met.
- Identify areas of opportunity to enhance processes.
- Work in SAP and Microsoft Office.

- Relevant education in Business/Accounting (i.e. NSCC Diploma or University Degree); equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Integrity and adherence to standards, policy and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills; Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

- Experience with tables and large amounts of data
