Responsibilities for Corporate Security Guard
  • Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
  • Manage access control
  • Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
  • Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
  • Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
  • Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
  • Handle access control systems.
  • Monitoring CCTV
  • Demonstrate proficiency with technology.
  • Work effectively as a team player.
  • Walk outside in any weather conditions to ensure the safety of employees.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports and incident reports.
  • Issue access cards.
  • Respond to emergencies, including fires, medical incidents, and security breaches
Qualifications for Corporate Security Guard
  • Be authorized to work in Canada
  • Hold a valid security license
  • First aid certification an asset
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Capable of prolonged standing, walking up and down stairs, and sitting.
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
