
Director, IAM Process Services (Global Security)

- Defines and maintains enterprise-wide IAM Process framework and models, including supporting material while, leveraging a central repository for tracking and audit compliance
- Identifies and defines minimum set of business requirements and control points and provides project-level guidance.
- Leads the IAM design assurance committee
- Defines and maintains enterprise-wide IAM Process Models and supporting material pertaining IAM services.
- Assists with facilitation of IAM enterprise communication plans and adoption of IAM Process Models across LoB and functions; identifies instance of non-conformance; assists with formal IT Risk exception handling and risk review process.
- Management of the IAM Target Operating Model (TOM), ensuring the currency of tasks and process linkage for each of the IAM functions.
- Maintains and keep up-to-date the inventory of current IAM processes and technologies across the enterprise
- Collaborates on the monitoring of compliance with IAM related controls, policies, standards and applicable regulations.
- Contributes to the reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Key Risk Indicators (KRI), and SLA.
- Collaboratively working with other IAM teams participating and contributing to the implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) framework including the ongoing monitoring, reporting and escalation procedures, identification of emerging trends, best practice information, client/system security issues.
- Provide recommendations for continuous integration to improve the build and deployment process and identify opportunities for automation.
- Assists in tool evaluations and proof-of-concept deployments, examining IAM process and control alignment
- Promote IAM best practices, strategy and vision across the organization through successful delivery, roadshows and workshops.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem solving capabilities
- 10+ years in Identity and Access Management domain
- 10+ years in IT operations or IT technology risk
- Experience in delivering and managing IT services
- 5+ years in process design, documentation and implementation
- CRISC or equivalent
- Experience in IT strategies and architectural framework
- Project management experience
