🚨 We're Hiring: Director of Estimating - Ottawa Area | Up to $180,000 🚨Our client, a leading General Contractor in the Ottawa region, is looking for an experienced Director of Estimating to lead their preconstruction and estimating team.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior construction professional who's ready to take ownership of estimating operations, mentor a high-performing team, and play a key role in strategic project pursuits across ICI and infrastructure sectors.What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 10 years of estimating experience within a GC or Design-Build environment
✅ Proven leadership in managing estimating teams and major tender pursuits
✅ Strong understanding of project delivery methods, budgeting, and cost control
✅ Expertise in ICI and institutional construction (public and private sectors)
✅ Ottawa-area experience and market knowledge preferredCompensation:
💰 Salary up to $180,000, commensurate with experience
