You’ll have a wide range of opportunities to grow and develop your career in an inclusive environment where you’ll feel valued and supported to be your best - both personally and professionally.Role Overview:The Digital Content Operations team is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Fidelity Canada’s digital marketing strategy with the goal of increasing engagement across all approved digital channels. Responsibilities include digital user experience, web publishing, optimization, maintenance and continuous improvement of Fidelity.ca and other digital properties, and optimization of marketing campaigns.The Digital Experience Specialist will work closely in partnership with the content marketing, advertising, events, automation, translation and design teams to continuously maintain and post new content on Fidelity Canada’s various digital properties in a timely manner while ensuring content is compliant. Digital channels include, but are not limited to, the website, Digital Asset Management system (DAM), microsites, mobile apps, videos, and marketing automation solutions.What You Will Do:Digital Content Administration
  • Responsible for daily web content publishing – new content and content updates - via a CMS (content management system)
  • Manage intake and prioritization of content publishing requests from Marketing, Sales and other business partners
  • Use analytics insights to recommend adjustments that improve user engagement and customer journeys
  • Ensure timely completion of content publishing on digital properties
  • Ensure all web content meets AODA web accessibility guidelines and SEO best practices
  • Develop and maintain documentation regarding job processes, system functionality and emergency/backup procedure
  • Utilize the CMS to its full potential to create innovative digital experiences
  • Support Marketing, Sales and other partners for Vidyard video use, rolling out platform enhancements, troubleshooting, providing reporting, tutorials and best practices
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for video platform features, aligning with business objectives, target markets, and requirements
  • Validate that components provide a smooth and intuitive mobile experience
Marketing Campaigns and Product launches
  • Perform competitive analysis, provide wireframes, and make user journey and content flow recommendations for campaigns
  • Provide in-flight optimization and post-campaign reporting, using data analytics to understand user behaviour and content performance for active and future campaigns and product launches
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose digital solutions that support business goals
Content Compliance Administration
  • Ensure the content currently residing on the website and new content posted adheres to compliance guidelines
  • Notify content owners of existing and potential compliance infringements and expired content
  • Identify potential risks and call out issues to content owners promptly
  • Maintain an audit ready record of publishing actions and content decisions
Maintenance of Digital Platforms
  • Perform disaster recovery testing of the CMS, as needed
  • Liaise with Information Security to help facilitate any systems maintenance required for ongoing system support
  • Find opportunities and work with Information Technology to make improvements to digital properties
What We Are Looking For:
  • University degree with a strong foundation in Marketing, User Experience (UX), Technology, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with content management systems such as AEM.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and/or enterprise-level website operations, digital content publishing and administration
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and/or web standards and technologies (i.e. HTML5, Java, CSS, video and image formats) is an asset
  • Experience with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Decibel Insights) is an asset
  • Experience with Vidyard an asset
  • SEO and GEO knowledge is an asset

  • Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: A competitive annual range of $79,000 to $107,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
