Design and deliver change strategies to support MDM program implementation, including detailed planning, progress reporting, and stakeholder management.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across the organization for all data categories.
Facilitates the MDM steering committee’s vendor product and customers, defines the workgroup priorities and LT roadmap.
Escalates to executive sponsors MDM priorities and programs.
Monitor, measure, and improve master data quality metrics.
Enforce policies and procedures for managing data assets, including data quality, stewardship, and reference data security.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of MDM systems.
Analyze master data and data sources to identify trends and patterns that enhance business processes and operational efficiency, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide a comprehensive view of data requirements and ensure MDM solutions meet their needs.What you'll bringEducation & ExperienceMinimum 3 years’ experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and core data objects such as material, customer, and vendor data
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analytics, or a related field or equivalent business experience
CDMP designation preferred, but not necessary
Experience with data transformation change or transformation initiativesKnowledge, skills, and abilitiesKnowledge of master data management topics, governance, and knowledge areas
Fluent in English, both written and spokenProficiency in the use of computers forMS Office Suite experience required
