- Prepare doughs, creams, fillings, cakes, entremets, chocolates and other products according to Première Moisson recipes and manufacturing methods.
- Prepare various types of friable, leavened and kneaded doughs
- Bake, assemble and decorate cakes and entremets
- Ensure rotation of raw material stocks
- Apply quality, hygiene, sanitation and occupational health and safety standards established by Première Moisson
- DEP in pastry-making minimum
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position - Mandatory
- Mastery of pastry-making techniques
- Methodical, flexible, focused on product quality, results and teamwork
- Speed of execution
- Strong organizational skills
