This role is eligible for an incentive for successful applicants to receive $1 per hour worked based on completion of a full winter season contract. Conditions apply to this incentive and will be shared during the interview and onboarding.Skills you bring with you:
  • Proficient spoken English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A reliable and punctual team player.
  • Highly developed guest relations skills with the ability to assess customer needs and confidently upsell products.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and organized, with the ability to work independently and responsibly.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and working under pressure.
  • Familiarity with the local resort and regional area, or a willingness to actively learn and share that knowledge.
Primary Responsibilities:
including Ticket Windows when required. * Prepare activity orders and communicate with guests regarding resort-organized experiences.
  • Maintain communication with third-party activity providers.
  • Manage Lost & Found items by following proper procedures for logging, storing, and tracking, and actively work to match lost items with reports to help reunite them with their rightful owners.
  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience across all communication channels, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Interact with guests in a courteous, respectful, efficient, and friendly manner at all times.
  • Accurately use the RTP POS system, including booking activities, processing transactions, managing cash and balancing floats/sales to system reports.
  • Maintain high levels of organization and efficiency in all work processes.
  • Monitor the Activities Desk Online Chatbot and assist guests directly when needed.
  • Always follow company policies and procedures.
  • Assist other areas within Guest Services when requested.
