The Celestica Finance Graduate Development Program (FGDP) is for candidates who aspire to be finance and accounting leaders.Over a period of 36 months, graduates complete three one-year rotations within dynamic areas of Finance, such as Financial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Site Operations, and Internal Audit. Each rotation will range in scope, allowing you to showcase your talents to a broad range of colleagues and executives, while giving you the experience necessary to thrive in senior finance roles. You will have the opportunity to participate in professional development programs and networking events. You will be supported by a dedicated program manager, peer partner, and executive mentor. What you'll need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Minimum 3.3 GPA on a 4.0 scale (B+) (Transcript required)
  • Interest in a Finance career
  • Interest in pursuing CPA
  • Experienced in Excel and building financial models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability and willingness to be proactive, take initiative, drive change and provide solutions
  • Strong team player with impeccable work ethic
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
