- Deliver technical parts support and guidance to customers
- Identify and select correct parts using BOMs, serial numbers, or specs
- Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations
- Validate pricing accuracy within internal systems
- Manage order desk operations and ensure timely fulfillment
- Promote the value of OEM parts over aftermarket alternatives
- Coordinate sourcing of non-standard or specialty parts
- Maintain inventory levels aligned with demand
- Ensure on-time order processing, shipping, and documentation controls
- 5+ years of technical or service-related experience
- Trade certification or technical designation (e.g., CET, RET) preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer systems
- Collaborative mindset with ability to support cross-functional teams
