But at ABB, you’ll never run alone.Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the JourneyProject Leadership: Lead project execution, manage resources, finances, schedule, and scope. * Implementation Oversight: Oversee project scope, costs, schedule, resources, risk management, and HSE.
  • Best Practices & Policies: Ensure adherence to execution best practices and ABB policies.
  • Financial Monitoring: Monitor and control project financials, invoicing, costs, expenses, revenues, and cash flow.
  • Risk Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks; pursue improvement opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Project Compliance: Ensure compliance with PMO processes, ABB tools, reporting guidelines, and cybersecurity regulations.
  • Team Development: Guide, coach, and develop the project team; support continuous improvement of processes and tools.
What it takes to Run what runs the world:
  • 5 years of experience in project management dealing with medium complexity electrification projects
  • Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, financials, schedules, customers, vendors/subcontractors with strong, well-developed communication, influencing and coaching skills.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS Projects, MS Office applications
  • PMP certification is an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill - French & English
  • English is required as this position will service internal and external clients from other provinces.
