- Best Practices & Policies: Ensure adherence to execution best practices and ABB policies.
- Financial Monitoring: Monitor and control project financials, invoicing, costs, expenses, revenues, and cash flow.
- Risk Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks; pursue improvement opportunities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Project Compliance: Ensure compliance with PMO processes, ABB tools, reporting guidelines, and cybersecurity regulations.
- Team Development: Guide, coach, and develop the project team; support continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- 5 years of experience in project management dealing with medium complexity electrification projects
- Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, financials, schedules, customers, vendors/subcontractors with strong, well-developed communication, influencing and coaching skills.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Projects, MS Office applications
- PMP certification is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skill - French & English
- English is required as this position will service internal and external clients from other provinces.
