
Change Management Lead - Contract

- Develop and lead the overall change management strategy for the ERP transformation initiative to maximize employee adoption of new systems and processes
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, readiness assessments, and change risk analysis
- Design and implement change management plans, including communications, stakeholder engagement, training, sponsorship, and resistance management
- Collaborate closely with project leaders, business owners, HR, and communications teams to align change efforts with project milestones
- Establish plans to build internal capacity for change
- Define KPIs to monitor change effectiveness and organizational readiness
- Identify organizational culture and workforce dynamics that may impact adoption and develop targeted interventions
- Provide coaching and change advisory support to leaders and functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree is an asset
- 7+ years of progressive experience in change management roles, including leadership roles in enterprise-level transformation
- Professional certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP CCMP, AIM), or project management PMP strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational change in enterprise-wide initiatives such as digital transformation, technology implementation, operating model changes, or cultural transformation
- Deep knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation skills, and relationship building skills
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
- Experience with organizational design, stakeholder analysis, and workforce transition planning is an asset
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in coaching, training delivery, and capability-building preferred
- Experience in the public sector or healthcare is an asset
