- Provide accurate product details, pricing, and account setup support.
- Maintain clean, detailed CRM/Salesforce.com records for every interaction.
- Coordinate with operations and admin teams to ensure smooth customer activation.
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Represent the company with integrity while driving hard for results.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working across digital platforms and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple leads at once with accuracy and urgency.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and competitive in a results-driven environment.
- Experience in propane, energy, or home services is helpful but not required.
