- Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Focus on sales to End Users, Distribution Partners, Consulting Firms, and OEMs throughout Alberta.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including inside sales, support, and management, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and address customer needs continuously.
- Develop and execute strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
- Negotiate terms of sale within authorized limits.
- Meet with new and existing clients to expand business relationships.
- Stay updated on current products, features, industry trends, and company standards.
- Provide market feedback to improve products and services.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in an Engineering discipline and/or 5 years of experience in a strategic sales environment is preferred.
- Experience with electric motors and industrial sales is desirable.
- A client-focused, motivated team player with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent presentation skills for delivering information to clients.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, including MS Dynamics CRM.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.
