
Commercial Mid-Market Account Manager

- Manage and nurture a portfolio of 150 mid-market accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a 100% IB touch rate in Q1, ensuring consistent and proactive communication with all accounts.
- Hunt for new logos, aiming for 3 new business meetings (NBM) per week.
- Implement a programmatic and structured approach to account management, ensuring alignment with NetApp-led initiatives.
- Utilize MEDDICC (CE, SE) methodologies for client engagement and sales processes.
- Focus on selling value and business outcomes to clients, aligning solutions with their business objectives.
- Achieve weekly pipeline generation targets of +£250K and maintain a pipeline coverage of 4x.
- Ensure SPARK hygiene and forecast accuracy in all sales activities.
- Conduct 3 field visits per week to engage with clients and prospects.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Proven experience in account management and new business development within the mid-market sector.
- Strong understanding of MEDDICC (CE, SE) methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to sell value and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
