- Transport materials to and from designated workstations using forklifts in accordance with Marwood Operating Standards
- Load and unload materials from trucks and loading docks using lift trucks and/or overhead cranes
- Complete daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance using the Lift Truck Daily Inspection Sheet
- Maintain proper material flow using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles and ensure timely inventory scanning via PLEX/computer systems
- Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices
- Identify and report missing or incorrect information on tags to the Team Leader or Production Supervisor
- Verify incoming materials against packing slips; document shortages and report any damaged goods
- Understand and follow correct documentation procedures for all material handling tasks
- Safely manage traffic areas during the loading, unloading, and movement of bins, totes, and racks
- Oversee the staging, packing, weighing, sorting, and unpacking of materials as required
- Ensure proper staging of materials for daily inventory and production needs
- Accurately identify, scan, and track materials and part numbers using PLEX, hand scanners, and other tools
- Monitor inventory levels and alert the Production Supervisor of any potential shortages
- Consistently follow safe work practices and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED/CAEC required
- Valid Lift Truck Certification and Overhead Crane License are considered strong assets
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
