- Lead new pet parent acquisition initiatives through marketing channels (e.g. paid social media, organic social media, out-of-home advertising, community events, etc.)
- Champion increased, contemporary pet parent communication and engagement for optimal customer service and engagement of existing clients (e.g. online booking, reminders, SMS/email, lapsing patient reports, etc.)
- Lead the site-level implementation of national campaigns, and advocate for community outreach and activations
- Oversee tactical execution and lead/organize creative where appropriate (e.g. logos, advertisements, brochures, SEM, merchandizing, flyers, mailers, and other collateral, content calendars, social media, email, websites, etc.)
- Develop campaign analytics/measurement and reporting for effective follow-through and decision-making and manage budget, vendors and agency to coordinate logistics and deliverables for all projects
- Work alongside hospital and operations teams to understand and help build and execute individualized clinic growth plans
- Create strategic, multi-channel marketing plans steeped in data and aligned to the overall needs and objectives of your assigned hospitals.
- Directly manage assigned hospital social properties, websites, and online reputation, including partnering to curate content, optimize paid and organic posts, and respond to online customer comments and concerns.
- 3+ years in marketing, sales, or direct veterinary hospital experience. Marketing experience (social media, content creation graphic and/or organic) is beneficial.
- Strong project management, prioritization, organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience or willingness to learn Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Asana, M365, client communication tools, ServiceNow, AllyDVM, Vetstoria, website management and clinic PIMS
- Vehicle and a Valid G Driver's License
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Ability to work independently, a self-starter with a “roll up your sleeves” methodical approach to daily work, and willingness to work occasional evening or weekend (with time provided in lieu)
