  • Have expertise both technical and functional in Oracle Retail Applications.
  • Work with Oracle Retail Version 9x to 16x or above.
  • Attend and contribute to regular project team meetings involving local and remote team members to provide progress updates.
  • Deliver the requirements to capture and demonstrate the successful and high - quality development of technical work, which satisfy clients specified requirements.
  • Work in accordance with the defect and issue tracking procedures and systems which may be used to assign tasks, track progress, review quality and support the SDLC of the client.
  • Assist with work estimation and preliminary requirement analysis Work within a team structure in accordance with established deliverable dates, in conjunction with onsite / nearshore / offshore team constructions, reporting to offshore/onsite leads/project managers.
What You Bring to the Role:
  • More than 10 years or overall experience with recent 5 years working in Oracle retail Applications.
  • Experienced in Oracle Retail Development, improvement and production support experiences. and experiences working with Oracle Retail Applications, v9 to v23.
  • Technical Skills: Retail Merchandising System, Pro *C, PLSQL, SQL, Java, Shell scripting, ADF
  • Domain Skills: Merchandising, Purchase Order, Allocations, Pricing, Sales Audit, Inventory Management, Financial Accounting (Stock Ledger).
  • Should be able understand business requirements and Retail - Merchandising System.
  • Conduct detailed gap analysis of a product versus the requirements and create the functional design, acts as the functional SME for a module,.
  • Own the business process flows for the customer, perform product configuration setup WITH THE OBJECTIVE of ensuring complete coverage of client’s requirements and product quality.
  • Experienced in Transition Management, Estimation & Resource Planning, Solution Structuring, Incident, Problem management, People management, Program Governance, Risk Management, Knowledge Management, Requirements Management, Change Control Management, Program Management, Benefits Management, Management by Metrics, Financial Acumen, Scope Management, Program Contracting and Organization Change Management.
