- Own and continuously improve the systems that power retail, booking, and customer experience
- Lead configuration and execution across platforms including Mindbody (MBO), Shopify, Square POS, Acuity, and related tools
- Ensure all promotions, services, and campaigns are accurately built into booking flows, POS systems, and e-commerce
- Identify gaps and implement improvements to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Support rollout of new tools, system upgrades, and operational processes across all locations
- Lead end-to-end project management for cross-functional initiatives across retail, marketing, and digital
- Build clear project plans, timelines, and execution frameworks
- Drive accountability across teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and at a high standard
- Manage multi-location rollouts, ensuring consistency across all shops
- Translate strategy into clear, executable plans across both systems and teams
- Own the operational execution of marketing campaigns across retail and digital channels
- Coordinate launches across email, website, paid media, and in-shop execution
- Build and deploy campaigns in Klaviyo and Shopify, including segmentation, scheduling, and QA
- Ensure alignment between ad creative, landing pages, email, and in-store experience
- Manage campaign assets and ensure all touchpoints are consistent, accurate, and on-brand
- Support influencer, creator, and partnership activations from an execution and coordination standpoint
- Own the execution of in-shop initiatives, including promotions, signage, and operational updates
- Ensure shops are fully set up with clear instructions, materials, and system alignment
- Maintain high standards of execution consistency across all locations
- Identify and resolve gaps in rollout quality or adoption
- Support ongoing optimization of the Shopify e-commerce experience
- Execute landing pages, product updates, and campaign integrations
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, flow, and cross-channel customer journeys
- Ensure online and in-store experiences are fully connected and consistent
- Track and report on performance across email, paid media, e-commerce, and retail initiatives
- Build and maintain dashboards across marketing and operations
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve both campaign performance and execution quality
- Use insights to refine future campaigns, rollouts, and system processes
- Campaigns and initiatives are launched seamlessly across all channels and systems
- Retail systems are accurate, aligned, and support marketing without friction
- Marketing campaigns are executed cleanly, on time, and with strong attention to detail
- Shops deliver consistent, high-quality execution of every initiative
- Systems and processes become increasingly scalable, efficient, and integrated across retail and digital
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, project management, marketing operations, or omnichannel environments
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns across email, web, or paid media platforms
- Strong experience working within systems such as Shopify, Klaviyo, POS platforms, or booking systems
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and timelines
- Ability to translate strategy into clear, executable plans
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and execution quality
- Comfortable operating across both technical systems and marketing execution
- Experience in multi-location retail or direct-to-consumer environments is a strong asset
