Senior QA Test Engineer - Functional Testing, P&C Insurance

• Lead and manage QA team members, ensuring timely delivery of testing activities

• Plan, design, and execute test strategies and test cases

• Define and implement testing approaches and methodologies

• Oversee test execution and defect tracking processes

• Troubleshoot issues and ensure quality standards are met

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals

• More than 8 years of experience in Testing (8–10 years required)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a QA team

• Experience in test planning, designing, strategy planning, team management, and troubleshooting

• Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes (Property & Casualty)

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC

• Hands-on experience in test design, execution, and defect tracking

• Testing Concepts, Process, and Methodology

• Claims Management – Property and Casualty
