Looking for a hands-on Foreman who leads from the front.We’re working with a well-established civil contractor in the Lower Mainland that’s busy and growing, with a strong pipeline of work across utilities, roadworks, and site servicing projects.This is a working Foreman role, you’ll be on the tools when needed, running your crew, and driving productivity on site.The Role:
- Lead and manage a small crew on civil projects
- Oversee day-to-day site operations (utilities, excavation, servicing)
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics
- Jump on machines when required (excavator experience highly valued)
- Proven experience as a Foreman in civil construction
- Strong background in underground utilities and earthworks
- Confident running crews and making decisions on site
- Hands-on operator (excavator/loader ideal)
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, no-nonsense environment
