- Be responsible for practice definition and services delivery success for growing migration practices and programs driving quarterly delivery, revenue and utilization targets
- Be measured on progress and meeting targets of successful client migration and satisfaction
- Be the Professional Services point of contact for global program
- Help create and execute on the overall vision for services - both sales and delivery
- Own the services delivery roadmap (proposals, closing services opportunities and delivery)
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to vet appropriate opportunities, scope, and proposals
- Develop processes for scoping, SOW, and bids for customer services engagements
- Understand and help optimize business operations processes for all associated services
- Build strong cross-functional relationships within GTM teams (Sales, deal desk, account teams, sales, PS, and product leadership - including workload services - and partner team)
- Work with delivery and cross-functional teams to define appropriate forecasting, capacity, and management including KPI metrics.
- Align services engagements to key customers business outcomes
- Drive alignment with executive sponsors and/or customer stakeholders
- Collaborate with other delivery partners (IT, PD, PS orgs, etc) in support of project delivery
- Serve as the initial point of escalation for customer and project team
- Collaborate with Training Services team for training delivery
- Deep collaboration with AE/SEs on the account for account strategy
- Own and contribute to internal process improvements across the enterprise and broader Professional Services organization
- 10+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role (or similar capacity) interfacing with executives and dealing with complex, technical implementation projects, road mapping, process improvement, etc.
- Knowledge/experience in Supply Chain Management and Business Intelligence
- Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across both internal teams and customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in client support and advisory technical role (solution architect, system administrator, technical account manager or equivalent) desirable
