You will lead the certification journey of our products, making sure they meet all applicable standards and regulations across global markets. This role calls for deep technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for doing things right—every time.What You’ll Do 🎯
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand product designs, specifications, and certification needs.
  • Review technical documentation, test reports, and compliance data with a sharp eye for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate testing and evaluation activities with accredited laboratories and certification bodies worldwide.
  • Interpret regulatory standards and industry guidelines to assess compliance and identify gaps or risks.
  • Prepare and submit certification applications, technical files, and compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain clear, organized records of all certification activities, test results, communications, and approval statuses.
  • Support internal teams and clients throughout the certification process, answering questions and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Stay on top of evolving regulations, standards, and best practices, ensuring our processes remain current and robust.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by helping streamline workflows and optimize certification processes across teams.
What We’re Looking For 🔎
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in product certification, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, or a similar role in the Electronics / Hardware industry.
  • Solid knowledge of international standards, regulatory frameworks, and certification processes.
  • Hands-on experience working with accredited test labs, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex technical and regulatory documentation.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with global partners and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant documentation and project-tracking tools.
