- Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate strategic meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executive management and external partners.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations in both French and English.
- Organize business travel and related transportation logistics.
- Monitor administrative files and ongoing special projects.
- Collaborate closely with other business administration departments.
- Ensure deadlines are met and strictly maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in both French and English.
- College or university degree in business administration or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Demonstrated ability to manage stress and multiple priorities. • Previous experience in the industrial sector (an asset).
