- Process and reconcile vendor invoices and purchase orders
- Manage employee and credit card expense claims
- Track utility consumption (gas, power, solar)
- Maintain tenant certifications and rentable item records
- Support A/P and A/R coverage as needed
- Prepare journal entries, payment runs, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close, including accruals and reconciliations
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- 3+ years of accounting experience (property management preferred)
- Experience with Yardi Voyager and accounting/ERP systems
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes
- Knowledge of A/P and A/R processes
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
