As the CRM Manager for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty, you'll be at the intersection of technology and business, driving innovation and optimizing the use of Veeva, the world's leading pharmaceutical B2B CRM. You'll oversee a platform used daily by over 120 team members across Canada, enabling them to send emails, disburse samples, measure ROI, and more. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll design the CRM strategy, roll out new modules, and ensure adoption through training and support.Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving Innovation: Master Veeva CRM, identify new modules, and automate processes using tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
- Optimizing Operations: Perform data sanity checks, troubleshoot issues, and develop training materials to ensure seamless adoption.
- Collaborating Globally: Represent Canada in global committees, exchange best practices, and maintain leadership in CRM innovation.
- Mentoring: Manage and develop the CRM Specialist, fostering their growth and expertise.
You're a tech-savvy innovator with a passion for optimizing business processes. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a knack for simplifying complex topics. Ideally, you bring:
- Expertise in CRM Platform & Analytics and Digital Transformation Management.
- Strong Project Management and Data Analytics skills.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
