If you are a self-confident, self-motivated person with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, and you enjoy a fast-paced, team-driven environment, contact us today!Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a L&D Facilitator/Wealth who will be responsible for the training and facilitation of a highly visible initiative with the Wealth business. Training content will include technical systems training, procedural training, and process training. Training may be a combination of virtual and in-person, and will run concurrently on a weekly basis.Responsibilities:
  • Develop training procedure, manuals, guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
  • Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
  • Assess additional training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or consultation with managers.
  • Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
  • Meet with department leads and SME's to determine training needs.
  • Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
Desired Skill Set:
  • 5 years of exceptional meeting facilitation skills (in-person and virtual)
  • 5 years of experience in managing large Projects with multiple stakeholders across the organization
  • Very strong facilitation and elicitation skills (via WebEx or Microsoft Teams)
Nice To Have:
  • Bilingual in English/French (spoken and written)
  • Experience in creating training guides and instructions
  • Experience working in a corporate finance/banking environment
