- Lead the coordination and management of business review meetings, ensuring alignment with Technology Infrastructure’s strategic priorities.
- Develop and deliver high-quality materials, presentations, and reports for senior leadership and executive meetings.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to drive critical and strategic operational initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success.
- Create and maintain reports (business review documents), dashboards, and other visualization tools to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes and implementing best practices across Technology Infrastructure.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Act as a liaison between various teams within Technology Infrastructure to ensure effective communication and collaboration. process improvement and implement changes to optimize program operations.
- Supporting planning and enablement of Senior Leadership offsites, meetings and forums.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in strategy and business operations, executive reporting, and governance within a large, complex organization, preferably in the Technology space.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Tableau, Excel, Power BI, & PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Math, Finance, IT, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical skills in manipulating data via tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, Tableau.
- Background in financial services, banking, or regulated industries.
