People First.This position is responsible for providing efficient administrative support to NBIN clients by ensuring that all assignments are completed in a prompt and accurate manner and all queries are replied to in a timely manner.The successful candidate will be eager to expand knowledge in Admin Hub from an Operational perspective. Additionally the candidate will work with multiple technology platforms and develop a thorough understanding of their interaction.The candidate will be responsible for communicating via email directly to Networks/internal partners while navigating operational processes. Collaborate with internal partners primarily Banking Transfers Data Services and FeesThis role requires curiosity and meticulous organization to properly prioritize day to day activities related to processing of tickets and answering inquiries.Main Responsibilities- Provide support to the Service evolution teams as well as clients.- Responsible for timely completion of assigned tasks within S.L.A. and follow-up to ensure any outstanding items are processed.- Daily review and approve administrative items such as De-registrations Bank Transfers Foreign Exchanges Internal Account Transfers and Fee Set Ups- Provide process improvement recommendations that will enhance the overall business relationship with clients.- Sundry duties as assigned.Behaviours- Proactive take charge of challenges impacting the team.- Contribute to an inclusive and collaborative culture at NBIN.- Be a change agent and articulate the positivity of change.- Passionate about delivering exceptional client experience.- Be a change agent for culture technology and methodology.- Challenge the existing process.- Identify opportunities to improve the client and employee experience.- Self-start requiring limited supervision that acts as a resource to colleagues.Qualifications- University degree with a minimum of two years in a brokerage/service role- Completion of the CSC and CPH is preferred.- Possess knowledge of the structure procedures and systems utilized within NBIN and...Requirements:
  • Hold a university degree and have at least two years of experience in a brokerage or service-oriented role.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of procedures, systems, and structures in the wealth management industry.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English, with French language proficiency considered an asset.
  • Be highly skilled in using Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative tasks and data management.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  • Familiarity with investment fund administration and brokerage processes is preferred.
  • Display curiosity and meticulous attention to detail when working with various technology platforms.
