We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to our customers. If you're driven, an excellent communicator and love solving problems, this position is for you.
Apply now and make a diffrence ! 🌟What will your day look like ?Process customer orders via email or phone and coordinate loading and transportation with stakeholders;
Ensure and follow up on order shipments in coordination with the shipping department;
Respond to customer and sales representative inquiries regarding products, prices and inventory;
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships by provinding high-quality professional support;
Provide administration support for inventory management and communication with various stakeholders regarding finished goods;
Prepare customs documentation for exports;
Handle invoicing, send invoice copies and forward account statements;
Work closely with the credit and accounts receivable departments;
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and proactively;
Maintain a log of incoming products to provide accurate ETAs to customers;
Comply with workplace health and safety policies, procedures and practices;
Collaborate closely with the sales team to resolve customer-related issues;

Ability to take initiative and work independently;
Bilingualism is required (French and English) ;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (an asset).
