- Grow our market share by acquiring new accounts and strengthening our presence with existing mining sector clients.
- Understand the technical and regulatory issues influencing purchasing decisions.
- Participate in industry forums to enhance Bureau Veritas' visibility within the mining sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry.
- Effectively coordinate prospecting and service activities with internal teams (customer service, operations, marketing, IT, and sales).
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customized sales strategies for each account.
- Prepare sales forecasts for your assigned accounts within the annual budget framework.
- Gather and share strategic market and competitive intelligence.
- Support the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
- Adhere to Bureau Veritas' Code of Ethics, and comply with all quality, health, and safety policies.
- Achieve defined sales and growth targets.
- Conduct regular client visits (approximately 80% of the time will be spent traveling; minimal overnight stays required).
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or technical diploma in a scientific field related to the mining sector, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years in sales and marketing).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in key account management or equivalent relevant experience in the mining sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of environmental consulting and mining regulations in Quebec (major asset).
- Skilled in drafting persuasive technical proposals.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Excellent listening, customer service, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
- Availability to work beyond regular business hours if needed.
- Energetic, dynamic, ethical, and motivated to make a difference.
- General office work.

- The candidate must be willing to work extended hours (or variable schedule) when deemed necessary to accomplish assigned tasks or to organize / attend events.
