- Gaining an understanding of Corpay’s payment processes and platforms. Support Enterprise Associate teams with daily tasks including Beneficiary Validation, assisting with building daily reports, handling inbound payment queries (assigning and eventually resolving independently)..
- Performing customer verifications; ‘Know your Customer’; be compliant with every task.
- Able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
- Able to move payments through the release process with accuracy; suggest improvements in processes.
- Working within established protocols, provide professional service, exceptional written communication, and eventually manage internal obstacles invisibly to the client.
- Working quickly to resolve customer issues
- Proactively monitor all Payment queues within internal systems to ensure outstanding issues are resolved in a timely fashion
- Working with internal teams, as well as other internal stakeholders, to fully leverage the capabilities of the organization to benefit Integrated Partners.
- Project Handling: assist with documentation, Service Level Agreements, Exception Management Protocols, Monthly Acct Management Business Review Templates.
- Setting expectations and goals throughout the duration of the internship
- Honing skills and knowledge regarding strategic growth and client retention, and how it applies to the function of our business
- Give quality feedback regarding her internship projects

- Students must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university in a Bachelor or Graduate degree program through the duration of the internship.
- Strong academic record
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required.
- Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism.
- Must be comfortable working independently and with a team and taking direction from multiple team members.
- Must be committed to working a 40-hour work week (hybrid) for 10-12 weeks during the summer months.
