- Result oriented with strong analytical skills
- Good knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to analyze large data sets and condense the findings
- Effective communication skills to interact at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with Client office applications
- University degree in Finance/Accounting
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification
- Manage a large scope of projects, ensuring on-time quality delivery
- Adapt finance reporting to meet regulatory requirements for Head office
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and report project costing, identify risks, and develop risk mitigation plans
- Develop detailed project plans including documentation, testing, and executing protocol
- Collect and analyze user requirements and business processes
- Investigate data sources, explain anomalies, and build remediation plans
- Provide team leads with data needed for decision-making
