JOIN USThe Supervisor, Inside Sales & Service Planning leads a high-performing internal service operations team focused on driving growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.This role ensures performance standards and service levels are achieved while supporting business unit growth objectives. Working closely with Operations, administrative coordination, and industry sales teams, the Supervisor strengthens planning agility, consultative sales practices, and team capability to deliver a world-class customer experience.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLESales Growth & Customer Satisfaction
  • Optimize the internal sales coverage and planning model to meet customer and market needs.
  • Ensure service levels, quality standards, and commercial objectives are consistently achieved.
  • Strengthen consultative selling and value-based positioning to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with external sales teams to align on customer requirements and expand opportunities.
  • Promote continuous improvement of processes, tools, and execution discipline.
Productivity & Team Development
  • Align internal sales and planning activities with business unit growth strategies.
  • Ensure effective onboarding, training, and competency development for team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and career development discussions.
  • Drive CRM discipline, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate priorities and performance expectations clearly to the team.
Leadership & Engagement
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve performance and growth objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and internal control policies.
  • Identify emerging leaders and support succession planning.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • College diploma (DEC) in a technical field, university degree (technical or management), or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or technical service, ideally within an industrial B2B environment.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to align actions with business objectives.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • French: Advanced / professional level required.
  • English: Professional working proficiency, considered an asset.
