- Optimize the internal sales coverage and planning model to meet customer and market needs.
- Ensure service levels, quality standards, and commercial objectives are consistently achieved.
- Strengthen consultative selling and value-based positioning to drive growth.
- Collaborate with external sales teams to align on customer requirements and expand opportunities.
- Promote continuous improvement of processes, tools, and execution discipline.
- Align internal sales and planning activities with business unit growth strategies.
- Ensure effective onboarding, training, and competency development for team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and career development discussions.
- Drive CRM discipline, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Communicate priorities and performance expectations clearly to the team.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve performance and growth objectives.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and internal control policies.
- Identify emerging leaders and support succession planning.
- College diploma (DEC) in a technical field, university degree (technical or management), or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or technical service, ideally within an industrial B2B environment.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to align actions with business objectives.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- French: Advanced / professional level required.
- English: Professional working proficiency, considered an asset.
