
Food & Beverage Supervisor

- Ensures the restaurant, public areas, server stations, and storage areas are “picture perfect” for optimal first impressions.
- Maintains high standards of guest service by monitoring staff, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Welcomes guests entering the restaurant in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Develops excellent product knowledge about the menu and feature items and can answer any inquiry.
- Ensures responsible service of both food and alcohol. Follows all local and provincial health & safety, food handling, alcohol service and video lottery terminal laws.
- Ensures assigned tasks are completed in a manner that does not require follow-up; both in terms of timeliness and quality.
- A minimum of six months of hand-on experience in a serving position is required.
- A minimum of one year of previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- ProServe certification is required.
- Micros/ Oracle PMS knowledge is an asset.
- Proficient in English.
- Tech savvy.
